Nationwide Shipping, 48 Contiguous United States:
Your actual shipping charges will be calculated and displayed when you checkout. Some larger items are shipped UPS Ground Freight and require Additional UPS Shipping Charges due to oversize or overweight.
Please provide a street address for all orders; we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Customer Pick-up:
We offer customer pick-up instead of delivery if you choose. In-Stock Items ordered and paid for online will be ready for pick-up after 12:00 pm the following day Monday-Saturday at our Gladstone, OR location. Customer Pick-up is not available on Sunday.
Shipping To Hawaii and Alaska:
If there are additional charges to these areas, you will be notified about the additional shipping charges in advance of us shipping out your order (for you to approve).
Worldwide Shipping, Canada, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands:
We do not ship to areas outside of the 50 United States.
Expedited Shipping:
Only items that can travel by air can be shipped by service such as "Next Day". Certain chemicals and types of containers can only be shipped by ground and heavy and/or palleted items by ground freight.
Terms:
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards accepted.
Commercial Customers (AR) are subject to their established credit limit on all orders placed during the month.
30 day money back guarantee on all items, less any shipping charges or restock fees. All returned items must be in a new, unused/uninstalled condition in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Exceptions: All electrical parts and Special Order items, such as spa hard covers may not be returned.
A RMA number is needed to return any returnable item.

All products come complete with manufacturer's warranty.
Most in stock items are shipped out and delivered within 7 to 10 business days via UPS. Classic Pool and Spa cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. UPS will issue a Tracking Number for your order when it is shipped. With this number you can see where your package is and when to expect its arrival.
